Villa Santa is part of an old farmhouse situated on top of a hill which offers a beautiful view on the most pristine of the medieval village of Lucignano, from which is a few hundred meters, and can be reached on foot.
Lucignano is a beautiful medieval village with its characteristic and unique oval in its concentric streets every corner and a picture is worth a visit. The small museum is full of precious things, and you can visit the beautiful fourteenth-century church of St. Francis, with frescoes by Bartolo di Fredi.
It is also ideally located close to major roads and railways that connect, in a short time, the most important art cities of central Italy.
Villa Santa is an outstanding Italian property combing an authentic Italian property with breath-taking views over stunning landscape. The villa is on two floors connected by a wooden beautiful staircase.
The ground floor offers a modern kitchen, comfortable living room with fireplace and a dining table. Outside is a lovely veranda where guests can enjoy relaxed meals or an after dinner drinks.
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower.

Lucignano is an ancient village in Southern Tuscany located at the top of a gentle hill in Val di Chiana, on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. It represents one of the most extraordinary examples of a medieval town with its concentric elliptical ring roads.
As you walk in its maze of streets you have a sense of pleasant games, where every corner is worth a visit and a photo. Going up to the upper area of the country are the Town Hall with its museum full of precious objects, the Church of S . Francesco filled with frescoes by Bartolo di Fredi, the Collegiate Church and the Church of the Society of Mercy with its unique museum.
