Villa Soldani is an outstanding Tuscan manor house, built by the architect Massimiliano Soldani as his own residence, between 1700 and 1750.

The Villa has a vast private garden of over 1 hectar, a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool and a tennis court for the exclusive use of the villa's guests and surrounded by centuries-old cypresses.

The interior is decorated with a careful attention to the smallest details, consists mostly of antique furniture, paintings and modern amenities.

Ground Floor
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, one for catering use with large traditional fireplace and one for the daily use. Guest can entertain in the dining room or relax in the large double living-room with Satellite TV and fireplace. There is an additional living-room with a vertical piano and a large billiard-room. Next to which is an en suite twin room, a utility room and two WC’s.

First Floor
The spacious villa perfectly blends rustic style with comfort and all modern amenities. The first floor opens onto a vast hall with Murano crystal chandelier. Each bedroom has been charmingly decorated there is an en suite double room with balcony, 4 en suite twin rooms, 1 double room with private bathroom, 1 double room and 1 single bedroom connecting with each other and sharing one bathroom.

* The villa can be rented as the Soldani Estate with an additional two apartments or as the Orazio Estate for up to 65 people!

Outside Grounds
Outside the villa has a private garden surrounded by stunning views of green olive groves, active vineyards and beautiful oak woods. Guests can enjoy a relaxed barbecue, take in the stunning scenery or take a swim in the pool.

The villa is placed on the slopes of the hills bordering the Chianti region overlooking from its favourable point of view the lovely valley of Valdarno Superiore.

There are easy train connections from Florence and Rome serve directly the nearby train station of Montevarchi-Terranuova and Bucine.
The nearest international airports are Pisa, G. Galilei, Florence, Peretola A.Vespucci – Perugia and S. Francesco d’ Assis.

- Arezzo Antiques Fair the oldest antiques fair in Italy with over 500 stalls the fair offers antiques and restored works in the incomparable setting of the towns historic centre. The main section of the fair is located in Piazza San Francesco, Piazza Grande and the Logge Vasari, and the stalls branch out from here throughout the town, transforming the area into one great market place. For over 20 years the fair has taken place on the first weekend of every month and has become an essential event for collectors and dealers alike, with an average attendance of 20.000 people each weekend.

- Cleaning service: 4 hours daily for 5 days per week Monday to Friday.
- Linen and towels are changed once weekly.

- Security deposit: €500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Arrival: On Saturdays between 5:00 and 7:30 pm
- Departure: On Saturdays by 9:00 am
- Swimming pools: (6x12 m.) Opened from first week of May to last week of October.
- Final Cleaning: €15 per person.
- Heating: Not included in rental rate, payment on a lump sum basis per day.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
