Palazzo Moja is located in Lugnano on the northern border of Umbria and Tuscany.

Located so centrally to Italy, Palazzo Moja has plenty of cultural and religious sights nearby. Close to the villa is a Clay Pigeon Shooting range and for golfers, the international championship golf course of acclaimed Antognolla is only 30 minutes away.

Although the village of Lugnano has only 50 inhabitants, there is a fabulous local restaurant, which attracts diners from far afield.

This is an ideal base for exploring the picturesque hilltop villages and medieval walled towns of Umbria and Tuscany; Montone, Gbbio, Perugia, Assisi, Sansepolcro, Cortona, all within a 45 minute drive.

Euro Star and other main line trains stop at Arezzo. Palazzo Moja is 45 minutes’ drive away. The local train line stops at nearby Trestina (10 minutes) and goes to Perugia,  Umbertide, Citta di Castello and Sansepolcro. There are trains every hour approximately.
